Grade 8 black washers from any fastener store.

Or turn them up from mild steel, drill to ID, part off, heat them to red and dunk them in oil to blacken. Job done 15 – 20 min max, cheap as chips.

Thanks for your advice everyone, I may follow Jeff's advice and turn one up in the end, workshop time is limited at the moment so looked for off the shelf option first.
