Hi Folks

Newbie here and have a question I hope you guys can answer. I'm after drawings for a 5" gauge Welshpool Countess/Earl. A friend of mine has said the rights (and castings) are now held by a company in Cornwall (possibly Great Western Engineering) but that's all the information I have and a google search doesn't produce anything. Any ideas?
