Can anyone help me with where I can get one all I have is the blue card instructions which came with one and a logo: PGTS?

I used the superflexible plastic airline, no idea what material, it's yellow. Friend scrounged a bit from work, it is much more flexible than the blue stuff, and fits standard airline connectors, which makes life easy.
