Is anyone familiar withe the "Waller Precision Engineering" 7 1/4" wheel quartering jig please? I have found one in the workshop of a recently deceased friend. It is still in its wooden box, and in mint condition. However, there are no instructions. I can guess how to use it, but it is to be sold, and I would like to include some guidance on how to use it. Also, how old might it be? I've tried "Google", without result. Thanks

Hi Robbo, thanks for the link, but I'm afraid that the one in your link is for a jig for 32mm gauge. The one I have is for 5"gauge, welded up from 1/2" steel plate, and ,unlike the one in the link, does not use the centres of the wheels when in use. There are split clamps to go round the axle and pins on adjustable plates to locate the crank pin holes. Thanks for the suggestion anyway.

Stupid mistake!! I meant to say that its a7 1/4" gauge jig. Sorry about that!
