Looking for new machines

Hi there, new member here looking forward to discovering some new machining techniques and discovering new machines. As a newbie to model engineering I am looking to acquire some new machines. I have see the classifieds but I am unable to get contact details for two machines I am interested in.

I am hoping that somebody can reply here, I am looking to purchase a small horizontal mill or a horizontal/ vertical mill. I would also consider a shaper of any size. Pleas let me know if there are any machines for sale. My budget at the moment is up to £700. Many thanks, and Hello!
