Has anyone got any tips for using a Marshalltown paint striping tool; do they use special paint, and at what sort of consistency please? The instructions that come with them are sketchy to say the least.

I suspect that they use special paint that contains more pigment as used by sign writers. The paint has to cover the area with one application.

Also do a Google search for "Beugler" which is another paint striping tool. Lots of info on Youtube.

Try Craftmaster for sign and lining enamel. It appears to be the same sort of stuff that "One Shot" is in the U.S., which works with the Beugler and striping swords.
