Selling Small Cutters?

I haven’t put this in the for sale section as they aren’t mine. I see a guy once a week who has about 200 boxes of small cutters that he wants to sell. I only had chance to have a quick look and took one snap. Some look like small mills, other like like micro drills? Most of them have what look like 3mm shanks but some are smaller. He wants a couple of quid per box if anyone is interested. He’s away on holiday for the next two weeks at present.
