Mine broke on my 7 inch model, stress fracture, so I made another
The original was aluminium cast, thin and springy to squeeze the belt, which is like a car fan belt
I would find a belt to fit your upper pulleys, then make a replacement pulley to fit the belt for your motor
So the two measurements I would be after are the length of the fanbelt and the inner bottom diameter of the new pulley
