There have been a few reports of the 6 month trial stopping working after a month or two. The issue seems to relate to an interrupted connection to the licensing server during routine validation check.
If you suffer this problem – the quickest and easiest way to have it fixed is to contact Alibre support. Either use the support ticket submission form https://www.alibre.com/alibre-customer-support-ticket-entry/ or if that isn’t convenient, you can e-mail [email protected] – it’s a good idea to specifically mention the extended trial.
Do NOT use any other alibre.com e-mail address to report problems.
The fix is simple, it doesn’t need you to do anything beyond providing the e-mail address used to register the trial – the fix is all done on the licensing server end.
