Upscaled my work to 1-1 for this project. I wanted to use up a lot of parts and materials to produce a useable machine.

The 3 constituent parts are- 1954 Villiers 98cc Mk2 Midget engine, Reduction Gear from a 1935 Ransomes Mower and a 1960s Jabsco Pump. Fuel Tanks made from 1953 Avon Jet engine starter cartridges. Output volume will be just over 29 litres per min, and can lift from 5 metres head. Probably over embellished for most tastes, but has a mechanical beauty in my eyes. Have to bed the new rings into the rebored cylinder before putting it to work and display.-

What a great way to use up assorted bits and pieces to make something of quality and usefulness, well done.

Never use it H !. Only ‘T’Cut original. All bright parts Rylard Incralac Lacquered during ass’y, except for engine cowling/Exhaust, which have been Clear VHT lacquered.
