Wood Tool Chests

Does anyone know the history of the Union, Neslein and M & W wood tool chests.  Were they manufactured by the Union company in the USA?  I bought my first Union tool Chest from a Kays Mail Order catalogue around 1972 and have also added another one to my collection.  There seems to be no history of the company on the internet just wondering if anyone has any information?

My Neslein toolbox from 1971/1972 just says ‘Neslein’ but one on eBay says ‘Neslein, British made, guaranteed trademark’.

Searching trademark histories on Gov.UK doesn’t give any hits for Neslein? But I’m no expert in this field.

Good Afternoon Tony I think Salmens could be a good shout as they seem to specialise in wood tooling and that label does show both the Union and Neslein Logo identical that on the tool chests.  Thanks everyone for your help.
