Make one to fit and make it as chunky as possible
The original T on the t-nut is a bit mincy and you need as much stiffness as possible when milling on a lathe
It's also worth bolting an extra hard point against the side of the milling base, (bolted to the cross slide and pushing against the side of the milling slide), this helps to prevent any movement with the single bolt slides, they can swivel under pressure if there isn't any additional support
