Depends on what scale and which particular design of engine. several different people do Burrells

Also by kit are you referring to a set of machined parts or castings & drawings

Oh, just saw the 3/4" in which case it may be a Basset Lowke as they did a "Burrell type" engine in that scale.

                Hi Ricky

Not a lot as you have not given any details and what you are planning to do with them

Ricky can you give more details. Any company name on the drawings like " Dick Simmonds" or "A.J. Avery" and were the instructions taken from a magazine or a seperate booklet.

                    hi

The drawings have BASSETT-LOWKE LTD as the company, drawn and traced by G.E.T it looks like,

                    the drawing numbers are T.R.A 1950,51,52,53 and dated 21st june 1950 & 1st, 7th,19th july 1950

the instructions again are by BASSETT-LOWKE and are in booklet form

at this point looking for more history with a view point to finding if they have any value. They were my fathers, been in the loft for years…

It would have a small value to someone who may own one of the engines as it would be useful if they needed to remake any parts or if they came by an old set of castings with no plans but as castings are no longer available and the current trend is for larger scale engines don't expect too much.

A quick Google came up with a build manual that sold for £10 and you could possibly allow another £10-20 for the drawings
