I am looking for some lengths of alloy channel approx 3/8" deep X 1/4" wide in 18 gauge or thinner. Channel has to have a rounded bottom, with square sides.

FHBrundle.co.uk have steel and stainless steel u profile if you cant find any alloy stuff. Its under Edging sections in their shop.

It has to be alloy, as it will be fitted round four sides of a rounded corner panel edge.

You might be able to find oval tubing extrusion more easily, then cut it in half to get your channels. Lots of oval tube extrusions on Asian websites.

I will probably have to turn up a couple of rolls, male and female section, for my sheet metal swaging jenny. That may well work if I can pass the strip of alloy through the rollers dead center. Worth a try.
