Some time ago I downloaded the free drawings by Julius de Waal for his little steam loco “CLOISTER”.>>

I’d like to keep a record of the build here for my own records. Progress may seem slow but like many others hereabout there is a lot more going on “backstage”.>>

2mm thick frames have been hand cut and jig bored on the Warco WM16 fitted with digi readout.>>

Julius only published his drawings last year and so far I have not managed to find anyone having a shot at it. Am I the only one? Surely not!>>

I also downloaded the drawings, but I have not started the build yet, I might start it soon and perhaps we can share experiences and any mistakes (or not ) on the plans.
