This is in the London Science museum. Not only showing a working huge steam engine , but showing what all the operating rods etc do.

Steve There is a larger one at Ellenroad, Milnrow You can see the chimney at the side of the M62. Junction 21 Normally in steam first Sunday in month except New Year. Closed at present due to covid

Trencherfield Mill is now apartments, I think the engine is still there. I can recommend Bolton Steam Museum for the largest collection of mill engines. and other engines as well. check their website. Astley Green just off the A580 has the largest Colliery winding engine, again check their website
