For Sale: Tool and cutter grinding attachment

From my late Father’s workshop is this tool. I am not sure what it is but I think it might be a tool and cutter grinding attachment for a lathe but could be wrong. The chuck range is 1/16 - 3/8”. The large diameter bar is about 1 3/4” dia., and about 7” long. The chuck is driven by a toothed belt from the motor. I can supply more photos or details if required. I am not sure what the value is for this, so am asking for honest, sensible offers. I have priced it at £0.00 as I have to put a figure in the box to place the advert. Located in Bedfordshire.
