Hello, I have for sale my circa 1960's/70's three phase Broom and Wade VR20 air compressor. Original Brook Motors 6hp motor. Fully functional and works as it should. Recently fitted a new, modern starter switch. Couple of issues to note: 1. There is a build up of sludge in the receiver that needs draining/cleaning out. The compressor was used for over 40 years by the previous owner who used car engine oil. I think the oil was too thin and has, over time made its way past the piston rings and into the receiver. 2. There is a pressure control switch on it, but it does not work. I think it was knocked as we transferred it to our workshop. 3. The original pressure gauge is broken, but there is a modern one fitted. I'll include a brand new air regulator/lubricator/moisture trap - its a Silverline one so nothing special. I would imagine this would be of interest to someone who is interested/prepared to restore it. As mentioned, it works, but needs attention. I do have some spare belts for it too and there is a belt guard. Based in Stalybridge, Manchester. Looking for £150ono. Viewing welcome. Youtube video of it running
