Model built in 1921 and featured in Model Engineer and Electrician 28/09/1922 by J Moss of Brereton Cheshire. Build drawings available. Model is 80cm long x 32cm high. Steam powered by a paraffin burner with tank beneath the rear body. Eccentrics and slip body for reversing the engine. gear can be engaged to raise and lower the tipping rear body. Everything original but further restoration needed to obtain a fully working model (Boiler untested in recent times). Seller has witnessed the model working in early 1960's. This would make a perfect project for the engineering enthusiast or possibly a bookcase show item for the model historian.
