Clarke CMD10 fitted with 3 NEMA 23 motors. New bearings to spindle, speed controller replaced with a stronger one and ball screw z axis. ER16 collet chuck Optocoupled proximity limit switches on all axes. Control unit professionally built into a Peli case containing 600Watt fan cooled PSU, Arduino and breakout board, opto board and 5Amp microstepping drivers. Running GRBL on an Arduino Uno and working fine. Used by me to make a few airfield lighting components in aluminium and perspex but no longer required.
