For sale a Drummond Type B lathe that I purchased many years ago when needing to make some parts for a car restoration. I used it about once and since then it has sat in my shed covered up. I don't know an awful lot about the lathe but I can list a few salient points. It is correctly and safely wired with a good quality 1/4hp motor. (I am a retired electrical engineer) The bed is in excellent condition. The previous owner told me it had been re-ground at some point which I have no reason to doubt. The main feed thread is in pretty good nick with little backlash. It's on a large cast stand which would have probably held the treddle when it was man-powered. There is a huge box of bits including many change wheels, a vertical slide and lots of other bits I don't understand! Located in Bedfordshire. firstname.lastname@example.org 07968816227
