This is a near complete A&S from the 1950's, made up from two machines. Easiest if you do a search for it, lathes.co.uk is a good place to start. One machine I bought 20 years ago without the lathe, the other about 8 years ago without the grinder. The later machine was nicely done up, repainted etc, the older one is as it was when I bought it. They weigh about 2.1/2 tonnes, just to put you off. Newer one was delivered by Landylift after stripping into component parts. The total weight of the good one plus a whole pile of grinder bits is 3 tonnes. All 3ph. A really nice little H&V 40int mill, power feeds, nice drill with 2mt, cracking grinder to do cylindrical, surface, T&C, internal etc grinding. Lathe ok but no through hole in headstock and bolted on chuck, the wheelhead on grinder mounts on the lathe bed, why I wasn't bothered about the loss of the lathe. Also comes with Diaform grinding attachment, various grinder holders etc from MSC, grind stones etc. It will take months of work to put all back together and get running. Whilst old and tarnished with old oil seizing up anything that can be seized, will come back to make a good tool. Price quoted is a finger in the air. Located a Sutton on Sea in Lincs. Will sell the mill/drill and the whole grinder separately making it somewhat smaller and lighter.
