2 1/4 x 3 1/8 v twin steam engine. Built by my late father to the plans specialised in the model engineer in january 1992 and from plans sold by map. The engine is almost complete as can be seen in the photograph. The plans are here along with the model engineer magazines which support the build. Dad was a Turner by trade do its built to standard and would not require much work to complete( im an engineer too so I will answer any questions in engineering language) serious builders please as this is not a small model. The flywheel is 10 inches across and the distance between the v part of the engine is 26 inches so it is quite heavy . Orginall designed for a boat but in sure it could power whatever you fancy. Thanks.
