Designed by ET Westbury and published in the model engineer magazine in 1959. It is called Sealion and is a 4 cylinder 30cc ohc engine. Castings for it were sold by Craftsmanship models(later sold to woking precision models) and also by Whelan models. It is coupled to a small generator and has a magneto and attached distributor. It is mounted on turned brass pillars on an oak base. It turns over freely but has a few small parts missing and 2 plug tops are broken. It is currently listed on eBay.com
