I have followed the diagram, but the magnetic switch does not operate/energize. If I activate the switch with the manual button, the output to the motor becomes live as expected. Check if the coil voltage is for 380 or 220 volt, that may be your problem.

You need to connect a neutral to the coil as it is a 240v. Live to 1, link 2 to 3 and also neutral to 5. connect the motor to 4 an 6. Set the overload to the full load amps as stated on the motor. That should work, according to the diagram. Noel

Thank you both, all working now. I connected neutral supply to the coil and left everything else as was. Motor connected to 2 & 6img_20210428_112554444.jpg
