Hi I'm looking to get back into the 5" gauge hobby again after some time away.
So this forum has been recommended for useful hints tips and potential sales and wants.

Hello Andy and welcome to the forum. I think you need a certain number of posts before they let you into sales and want so if you reply to Harry, Steve and myself you should be in,
Also useful for the fact that you can ask questions.
Are you in, or thinking about joining one of the local societies? They can be useful with advice, running facilities, boiler testing and insurance.

Looks as if Lincoln, gainsborough would be your nearest Model Engineering, or Model railway Clubs.

Hallo Andrew. There is a club called Evergreen Miniature Railway just beyond Stickney on the A16. If you Google it you will get directions.
