I am trying to find information, drawings and finishing of a Barge first published in Model Engineer in December 1963 Vol 129 ( 3239 ). It was first televised by the BBC in March 1964, the designer was Oliver Smith. The BBC gnome, were unable to assist me. Can anyone help please.

Kind regards

If you watch ebay long enough, that issue of Model Engineer will come up for sale at some point.
