Good morning,

I'm just trying to get everything together so I've got all the information to start on my Doris.

 

I saw from another thread that there were a number of articles on top of the John Tom site ones.

 

I'm still trying to track down one last one, the info I have is

Year 91 Vol.167 Iss. 3903 Pg. 197

 

I'm guessing due the year it may have been an update. Unfortunately my local library doesn't keep any of the bound issues, a library in Bristol does but that's a 2hr round trip and I can confirm exactly which issue they have.

Jon,

Not familiar with Doris but the article is in the Q&A section and covers the apparent lack of lagging/cleading for the boiler. There is apparently limited space and the question covers the use of a Martin Evans "Euston" boiler design instead with some associated redesign work. Martin Evans answers with various boiler possibilities.
