Hi, I've just picked up a Flexispeed lathe and will no doubt be asking lots of questions, being as I haven't done much with a lathe since leaving school some 30-odd years ago!

Hello Brassmonkey. If you left school just 30 years ago you are a mere slip of a lad on here... I hope you enjoy your lathe.

Where in the world are you?

Jim

If there are any left of those taught by Instructors at Rolls Royce Oil Engine Division at Sentinel Works, you will have some expert neighbours for company.

Welcome, and enjoy your hobby. You will always find help and advice on here.
