That's my first boiler finished and hydro tested; mistakes made and learnt from, now for the second one (fittings are in loose).

Fine job - similar to Tubal Cain boiler for Polly I made.

I used 15mm plumbing pipe for flue and fitted a coupler at the top end with about 12mm protruding.

This allows the chimney to be easily replaced if it gets dented / knocked.

Hi Paul - pleased that was of interest.

12mm should read 6mm and I used an ordinary end feed coupler that I silvered onto the pipe first with stage one solder then used stage 2 for the rest.
