I've just noticed that pages 45 and 46 are missing from my copy of MEW No.270.

Is it a general error, or just my copy?

Page 46 seems to be numbered as 44. The real page 44 is all advert and doesn't have a number on the page, like all the full page adverts. Content seems to flow OK so I don't think anything is missing.

That seems to explain it OK. Thanks.

From the digital version

Page 44 is about using screws to clean threads

page 45 is a short review of an airbrush and compressor

Page 46(not numbered) is an advert from the Co that supplied the airbrush

Page 47 is the start of the Unimat indexing head.

I had to move three pages around just before it went to press.

We couldn't get hold of the designer to change the actual page (it was Sunday evening...), as while i can swap them round, I can't edit the files for the pages themselves. After some phone calls and manic emailing, we decided to just do the swap and accept one wrong page number would only upset 0.01% of readers

Yep. It starts at 50% for late delivery (consequence of waiting for designer to get back...), goes via 10% for confusing an ML7 with a Super 7 and ends at 0.001% for quoting numbers to a spurious level of precision.
