A big thank you to the folks at Arc, ordered a 6"digital vernier arrived swift but had a fault, phoned yesterday and a replacement just arrived, now how good is that👍👍👍long may companies like this prosper, usual disclaimer

Yes, they will prosper, with good service such as that. And they don’t send out ‘returned as faulty’ goods hoping the next customer won’t notice a small fault. Nor do they just simply sell rubbish - hoping the customer will accept low quality because it was cheap or too much hassle to return the goods.
Arc are my most favoured supplier, for those reasons.

I'm impressed, made my first major purchases from them today, ordered a Sieg mill at 10.45, a phone call at lunchtime arranging for delivery on Wednesday.

I too have been impressed with ARC as their service is second to none.i bought an SX3 from them and after several years use it is stil going strong.When asking for advice it is readily forthcoming ,can't fault them.
