Video streaming should be a possibility but same problemas you mentioned before about camera angles etc. The organiser's office at Sandown is surely going to be 'connected'. One problem would be timing for the antipodians.
Somewhat OT but I never get the time to go to any of the lectures at the show. Could any of these be video'd for Youtube? The camera aspects are less problematic sor such a presentation.
