Those die cast pulleys are pretty cheap. You might consider buying one with the correct bore. How much is your or your soon to be friend's time worth?

Hi John,

2 reasons really:

i Not a diecast pully

ii Not available with a 16mm bore

Many thanks to the people that offered their services

BrianH provided a sterling service this morning along with tea and toilet usage! Thoroughly enjoyed my visit - great to meet such a nice guy and his equally pleasant wife. A credit to the forumthumbs up

Hi All,

I have a small ally pulley with a 12mm bore that needs enlarging to for a 16mm shaft. Is there anyone local to me (Derby) that could help me with this please?

I have a S7 which is in the middle of being fixed, so I can't do it myself

Many Thanks

Thread: Interface PCB for the ELS project

Posted by Phil Grant on 03/11/2019 10:16:25:

I just realised that as I bought some of the components for my PCB with a min order quantity I have a few spares.

Would anyone be interested in buying a kit of parts? Either on their own or with a PCB if you've already waiting for the next batch to arrive.

If anyone's interested I'll list what the kit will contain etc. on here.

Can I have a set too please Phil?

I worked with Swiss engineers who always fitted hacksaw blades "backwards" because thats the way they do it there. They swear it works better.

Junior hacksaw blades definitley cos it tensions the frame when cutting - never tried it with biggerindecision

Hi All,

A couple of days ago I was reading a post regarding ER32 chucks and there was a drawing produced by John Stevenson in the thread - I could have sworn I bookmarked it, but now I can't find it!

Can someone please point me in the right direction?
