Final design assembly

Having looked closely at the previous version, I realised that there was no need for the extra plate between the 1/10 division plate and the end flange. Removing this has reduced the overall length by 10mm and thus given a sligtly more compact tool. An even smaller (in length) version could be made by substituting a morse taper collet in the spindle instead of the ER25 collet chuck. A later version, maybe? It would be a straight forward substitution to replace the chuck with an ER32 type, if diameters up to 20mm need to be accommodated.
