Army Apprentice at 14 and then Instrument Tech. for 25 years. On leaving REME I joined LEICA and worked for them as Opto/Mech/Electro /Tech. Some R & D and specializing in Military related work. Retired at 62 and now work part time in a similar capacity doing work from LEICA.

Interests are, Bee Keeping (9 hives) and making a 9F in three and half inch gauge.

Have an ML10 and Bench drill (Aciera).

Just completed a Worden T & C grinder, now looking at attachments for it.

Now have a SiegX3 mill and am fitting glass reader scales to it.
