Harrogate Show

Hi all, I'm going to be at Harrogate show next weekend on the Pickering stand (PEEMS).

Come and say hello, it will be nice to see all the folk that have been so helpful.

I was been wondering where you'd got to! How goes progress with your projects? Would like to meet you but, with a round trip from here of over 600 miles, that is a journey too far I'm afraid. Enjoy the show- I'm sure it will be good and maybe you will go home with some essential bit of equipment that you didn't know you needed. I know I usually do!!

I'd love to come, I'v got a place to stay, But my trip is 24000 mls return, and my passport has run out, have a good show. Ian S C

I'll be there on Friday, round trip from Thurso North Scotland about 975 miles. Lucky I can stay over at my son's in Tadcaster.

And I'll be crossing the watery divide from Ireland. Hope to be there on Friday and Saturday.

I am attending on the friday. I have only just finished my current project which is a 1/4 scale RJH linisher. I did intend exhibiting it but ran out of time for this show. Should I bring it along in case anyone is interested or leave it at home so I can carry more booty?

Bring it along, I'm sure there will be a place where you can show off your work. I am currently building a belt linisher specifically for sharpening wood turning tools and so would like to share build details.

hope to meet up. I'm there all 3 days. as it's currently sluicing it down here near Thirsk, I strongly recommend walking boots to all attending. Also taking coffee etc with youunless the showground have a change of heart and start reasonable pricing .

Saturday is "duty day" escorting no1 son and grandad. the other days are pure "savings days"

Anyone heard from Circlip recently? He's changed email! I should see you as your stand's generally near ours (York).

Brilliant, my first show and the standard of work on show was breathtaking. Was nice to see a few faces and shame I missed a few more. I didn't realise how busy it was going to be. Met the lovely Diane too

I now want to build one of them, and one of them and one of those and oh one of them etc etc looks like I'll be in the workshop for the next 5 years
