GWR Metro pdf copies of the orginal articles in ME

A While ago I read in Smoke rings that the editor was busy getting the webpage online and that we could find pdf copies of the orginal ME articles about Martin Evans GWR Metro on the new website.

 

The website is there (congratulations all) but I can't find the articles yet. When will they be available?

 

I am busy redrawing the drawings in 3D and some details are not clear to me. May be the articles will give more information?

 

I will try to create an picture album from the work already done.

I have all the magazines but it will take a while to turn them into articles.

I don't think there are facilities to host PDF's on this site.

thanks for the quick reply. Are the articles already scanned to pdf? I would mind that they are still rough. It would be very helpful for my 'project' to be able to read them and finish my 3D model. If you have them and they can't be uploaded to this site should you be able to email them to me?

I did say PDF's would be on the web site.

Should be easy to host but there are no facilities on this web site to do that.

It is a custom built site and PDF's were not considered.

 

We are looking into it and hope to put PDF's on soon.

Hi,

If you have difficulty with PDF's on this site, adding a link to a separate URL would work, it seems a lot of sites do this, probably to keep things easier to handle.

Nice to see the articles on the site.

I am guessing they have been OCR'd since dimensions particularly are not coming across, proof reading please!
