I deleted my suggestion as his is 6 spoke not 5 but if that will do you his contact details are on his blog
I think you are going to have a hard time finding what you are after. 5 spoke flywheels are not that common so that will narrow things down and the other factor is weight as aluminium ones don't work as well as ones made from something heavier
Can I ask what it is for?

You can contact 'myfordboy' by email....if I recall you can find it at the front of his youtube channel.
You can also tackle the people who have castings for model engineers such as 'College Engineering' as they may either be able to supply a casting or make you one......

Another option is to have the five spoke flywheel CNC'd.

Have a look around a scrapyard at washing machine pulleys. Most have five spokes and are made of alloy, though some are plastic. I have several, one of the plastic ones I made into a lathe handle.
