West Wiltshire SME are holding a model engineering and hobbies show; an ideal family day out with trade stands, railway laouts and models all under cover. Outdoors there will be a working steam railway and model traction engines with opportunities ot 'have a go' and drive one of the engines.

You are warmly invited to the 22nd annual Model Engineers' Day at Forncette Museum. Local modeller Ramon Wilson will be exhibiting his Eta diesel engines recently described in ME, alongside a wide ranging display of models from all fields of engineering. The museum's air supply will be available and there are facilities for using your own boiler. We hope to have a number of road steam vehicles running in the yard and, subject to clearing the weed, RC vessels on the pond as well.
